Terms of service
Effective 4 September 2026
These terms apply to DayThree CRM at crm.daythree-studio.com (the Service), provided by DayThree Studio, Singapore (we). By signing in or by using a workspace, you and the business you represent (you) agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled and forms part of these terms.
1. What the Service is
A lead management system: enquiries from your website forms and connected messaging channels arrive in your workspace, your team follows them up, and the Service reports on the result. It includes hosted forms, a conversation inbox, workflow automations, and optional connections to advertising and messaging platforms.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- A workspace is created for you by DayThree Studio. Its owner can invite and remove team members and set their roles.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done under your account and by the people you invite.
- Tell us promptly at hello@daythree-studio.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your data and your responsibilities
- The enquiries, contacts, messages and notes in your workspace are yours. We store and process them only to provide the Service, as the privacy policy describes.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the personal data you put into the Service and to contact the people in it, including under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, the Do Not Call Registry rules and the Spam Control Act, and any law that applies where your contacts are.
- You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your workspace, whether typed by your team or sent by workflow rules you configure.
- You can export your contacts and enquiries as CSV at any time from the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have asked you to stop;
- collect or process data you have no right to;
- send unlawful, misleading, threatening or abusive content;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service or another workspace;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend a workspace that breaches these rules, and will tell you why.
5. Connected platforms
Connecting Google, Meta, WhatsApp or Telegram to your workspace means those platforms' own terms also apply to your use. In particular:
- Linking a WhatsApp number to the Service makes it one of that number's linked devices. WhatsApp permits this for conversation with people who contact you or expect to hear from you, and restricts numbers that send bulk or unsolicited messages. Any restriction WhatsApp places on your number is between you and WhatsApp.
- Advertising connections read campaign performance data for accounts you already control. You can disconnect any platform from Settings → Integrations at any time.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted operation; there is no service-level guarantee. We may change or improve features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything you rely on. The Service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Fees
The Service is currently provided to DayThree Studio's clients as part of their engagement with the studio, on the terms of that engagement. If we introduce separate subscription pricing, existing workspaces will be told at least 30 days in advance.
8. Ending the arrangement
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may close a workspace for a serious or persistent breach of these terms, or if the related engagement ends, with notice where practicable. Either way, you can export your data first, and we delete the workspace's data within 30 days as the privacy policy describes.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim, or S$100 if none. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- We may update these terms; the effective date changes when we do, and material changes are notified to workspace owners by email.
